Position Title: Evening Counselor / Therapist

Job description:

Evening Counselor / Therapist
Duties/Responsibilities:
• New patient intake and orientation
• Facilitates orientation groups with patients
• Conducts group sessions for all patients
• Addresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMA
• Provides Case Management
• Documentation in patient medical record

Evening Counselor / Therapist
Requirements:
• Substance Abuse license or certification, clean and active
• Minimum one-year experience in substance abuse field
• Experience conducting group sessions
• Flexibility and willingness are great attributes

Evening Counselor / Therapist
Schedule:
• Full Time
• Monday-Friday 1:00-9:30pm

Evening Counselor / Therapist
Compensation:
• Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
