Position Title: Clinic Manager

Job description:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the operational success of the clinic, directly supervising patient management staff and indirectly supervising the clinical team. He/she consults with the CMO, CPO, and VP of Operations as needed. The Clinic Manager maintains close communication with the clinical staff, provides any information relevant to the program’s operation and assists in developing and modifying the program. He/she is responsible for interpreting policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and adjusting staff for adequate coverage. The Clinic Manager will be expected to train and support management of various clinical and operational workflows for the provision of hybrid in-person and telehealth care of patients initiating care at the clinics.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Supervises all patient care or administrative operations and programs related to in-person and telehealth care originating from the clinics.
• Coordinates with program administration.
• Coordinate patient caseload for on-site staff and promote consistent engagement with patients to foster retention and adherence in treatment.
• Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development.

• Monitors and assesses staff morale while developing ongoing plans to build team spirituality and continuity.
• Participates in the recruitment and interview process to determine the appropriateness of prospective clinic staff members.
• Maintains records and documentation relative to the clinic and all its licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Actively interacting with partners and getting out in the community to find referral opportunities

Requirements:
• RN or APRN, and BSc/BA in clinical administration, preferred
• Prior and proven experience managing a clinic, preferably in behavioral health/substance use treatment/mental health space. Growing a clinic from scratch is preferred.
• Someone who can be assertive/confident in their management of people and work with various teams and can perform required tasks independently.
• Knowledge of addiction and mental health a plus
