The Counseling Center:
PHP Counselor / Therapist

Duties/Responsibilities:
• New patient intake and orientation
• Facilitates orientation groups with patients
• Conducts group sessions for all patients
• Addresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMA
• Provides Case Management
• Documentation in patient medical record

Requirements:
• Must have LAC or LSW or LCSW or LPC
• Experience conducting group sessions
• Flexibility and willingness are great attributes

Schedule:
• Full Time; rotating holidays
• Monday & Tuesday 8:30am-5:00pm
• Wednesday 11:30am-8:00pm
• Thursday & Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
• Every 5th Saturday 8:30am-1:30pm.

Compensation:
• Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
